Two (2) 6 ounce skin-on Wild Icelandic Haddock Fillets.

Haddock (Origin: Iceland, Wild)

Contains: Fish

Produced in a facility that processes fish, shellfish, milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Wild Icelandic Haddock Fillets ship frozen.

Orders including only frozen items ship with dry ice and may arrive a day earlier than requested delivery date.

All food orders $125+ ship free.

Handling: Product should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Preparation: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove fish from packaging. Brush both sides of the fillet with oil and season with salt and pepper as desired. Place fish on a foil-lined baking tray. Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
