    A Big Hit!

These cooked lobsters travelled all the way to Fort Worth, Texas. They were a big hit for a birthday dinner for a transplanted New Englander who is really missing her summertime favorite.

    Lobster and chowder

We ordered the 2-lb. cooked lobsters and the double clam chowder. We reheated one of the lobsters using the enclosed instructions (boiling water), and one using a steamer. Definitely recommend the steam method. Both lobsters were delicious and as sweet as any we’ve ever tasted, with an exceptional amount of meat. Heated the chowder to boiling, and it was equally as good. The broth is a little thinner than some creamier versions, but we actually preferred it, and there were plenty of clams, especially large pieces.
