Make Cajun Scallops
Ingredients:
• Dayboat Sea Scallops
• Cajun Seasoning Packet
• Olive Oil
• Red Onion (thinly sliced)
• Garlic Clove
• Butter
• Hot Sauce
• Ground Black Pepper

Preparation:
• Heat oil in pan over high heat. Add onion, Cajun seasoning, and pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add butter and garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
• Add scallops to pan and cook for 1 minute or until browned. Add hot sauce, turn, and cook for 3 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
