Handling: Product should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Preparation: Do not thaw and refreeze. Cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing. Remove from all packaging before preparation. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

    Perfection!

    My COD fillets were “center cut” just as I hoped for. I had a delivery glich, not Roger’s fault, and they went above and beyond to make thing right.
