Make Cajun Blackened Salmon:
**Best cooked outdoors or with a hood vent**

Ingredients:
• Atlantic Salmon Fillets
• Cajun Seasoning Packet
• Unsalted Butter (melted) or Oil

Preparation:
• Heat a cast-iron skillet over very high heat. Spread a little butter or oil on each side of the fillets and sprinkle one side with Cajun Seasoning.
• Place fish seasoned side down into the skillet. Sprinkle top with more Cajun Seasoning. Cook, turning frequently, for about 4 minutes or until fish starts to flake.
• Be careful not to overseason and make sure you use a hot, dry skillet.
